My name is Sandra Beas, and I am the founder and director of Little Bees Preschool. With over 16 years of experience in early childhood education, I have dedicated my career to nurturing young children during the most important years of their development.
My journey began as a preschool teacher, where I developed a deep passion for creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences for children. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of early learning environments, including Montessori-inspired classrooms and public charter schools, where I served as an Enrollment and Records Specialist. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in both education and administration.
Little Bees Preschool was built from the heart. What started as a small home-based childcare program has grown into a licensed center serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. I took a neglected and vacant space and transformed it into a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive.
I am currently continuing my education in Early Childhood Studies with a focus on administration, as I believe strong leadership is key to building a high-quality program for children, families, and staff.
At Little Bees Preschool, my goal is simple: to create a place where children feel loved, supported, and inspired every day. I believe in building strong relationships with families and providing a program that focuses on the whole child—socially, emotionally, and academically.
Thank you for trusting us to be part of your child’s early learning journey.

Little Bees Preschool is truly a family-driven program, and I am proud to have my daughter as part of our journey.
From a young age, she has been surrounded by early childhood education and has developed a natural connection with children. Growing up in a nurturing, hands-on learning environment, she understands the importance of patience, kindness, and creating meaningful relationships with each child.
She brings a positive, caring energy into the classroom and supports our daily routines by helping children feel comfortable, engaged, and valued. Her passion for working with children continues to grow, and she is committed to learning and developing her skills in early childhood education.
Having her by my side is incredibly special, and together we share the same vision—to create a safe, loving, and enriching environment where every child can thrive.

I’ve always had a natural love for working with children, which started at a young age through babysitting, nannying, and spending time volunteering in my aunt’s classroom. Over the past five years as a preschool teacher, I’ve grown so much in my understanding of early childhood development and how important it is to create a warm, nurturing, and fun environment. I truly enjoy getting to know each child’s unique personality and helping them learn and grow at their own pace. Building strong connections with both children and their families means a lot to me, and I strive to make every child feel safe, loved, and excited to come to school each day.
